Public transport in Craiova consists of 3 tram lines and 16 bus lines. One ticket costs around € 0.5.
There is a 50% discount on standard fares for monthly passes on trams or buses (unlimited travel on one line only) for holders of an enrolment certificate issued by the faculty that confirms the acceptance of the Erasmus mobility. Taxi services are relatively cheap and comfortable, amounting to €1- €2 (around € 0.3/km).
